Here’s the latest from Apple’s world of the iPad. The new 9.7-inch iPad (for $329) and Apple Pencil (for $99) give users the get even more creative and productive, from sketching ideas and jotting down handwritten notes to marking up screenshots…or whatever needs marking up.
iPad’s Retina display is brilliant, as usual, and features a higher-resolution touch sensor that enables Apple Pencil support.
And now for the nerdy stuff: it features the A10 Fusion chip with 64‑bit desktop-class architecture, delivering 40 percent faster CPU and 50 percent faster graphics performance for graphic-heavy apps. The front- and rear-facing cameras offer exceptional low-light performance and HD video recording for document scanning, moviemaking and FaceTime calls.
Apple says you can get up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge. It comes in silver, space gray and a new gold finish.
